With her deep understanding of geriatric care, she often catches subtle changes in a resident’s physical or emotional states that might otherwise go unnoticed. By addressing these changes early, she not only prevents bigger health issues but also ensures residents’ continuous comfort. She diligently tracks every resident’s ailments and medical conditions, promptly updates their doctors on any emerging concerns, and works closely with their medical team to identify and schedule optimal treatments or medication adjustments.
